Tosmana is a Tool for Small-n Analysis, used to perform social science research on data sets with a small number of cases.
The software is used to perform QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) and mvQCA (Multi-Value QCA) calculations. More informations about QCA can be found on the website of Charles Ragin and the COMPASSS Research Group.
